The official William Golding website reports a new association with the Centre for South West Writing at the University of Exeter and the Department of English at Exeter's Cornwall Campus. Students from the campus have contributed three new essays to the website, focusing on Poems (1934), The Spire (1964) and The Pyramid (1967).The centenary conference will take place at the campus in September 2011.
